Had an appointment scheduled for August 10th for my son. I waited six months for this appointment. They rescheduled... without a phone call, via mail. I called to reschedule. She offered Sept 11 which wouldn’t work because I didn’t want my son missing school. So I scheduled for January. Received a letter stating they were terminating serviced because of a missed appointment in September. Called today to correct there scheduling issue as my son needs this appointment. Even tho this was a scheduling issue with THEM they refuse to deactivate my sons services despite being a current patient. The women I had on the phone was rude, kept interrupting me, referring to “the notes” which were WRONG. Children and their dental care should be more of a priority to these people. Sad. Wow.read more

no regard for time what so ever. first appointment I didn't expect much figured get to know you kind of thing. second... appointment was for sealing under laughing gas. we were seen over 2 hours AFTER our appointment time mind you that time was spent a waiting in the car due to the lobby being closed it's no wonder my 3 year old was uncooperative and the laughing gas was unsuccessful. had to schedule for sedation which they don't do those appointments on my only day off and we're scheduling 4 months out I told them that far out would need to wait until my schedule changed 5 months away and they shamed me for the additional month telling me damage may be more excessive and treatment may need to be different what's one more month of waiting?? meanwhile we have a cleaning scheduled today show up to a locked door the office is closed no call no text message nothing Glad I wasted another day of paid time off. never again establishing care elsewhere todayread more

So disappointed. The reviews from people and the web were good, but we just attempted to be seen there and my wife and... 3 year-old daughter sat in the exam room for over an hour without being seen and without being given any information as to the delay. We arrived 15min early and they were taken in to a room at their appointment time but then nothing happened for over an hour. When my wife asked how much longer the staff gave her no more information. I even called from outside to talk with the staff and was left on hold for more than 5 minutes and given no useful information. At that point we just had to leave without being seen because we couldn’t afford 3hrs of our day for a 20min children’s cleaning. As a healthcare worker I can understand delays, but the complete lack of courtesy in not informing patients and updating people with an estimated time is unacceptable. I do not recommend interacting with this office and we will not be returning.read more

Please know that Dr O’Toole is amazing and kind. He was wonderful to my son. On another note, the staff was not so... much. My son had a follow up appointment today(day before Christmas Eve). We were 15 minutes late due to being in traffic on Stillwater between Walmart and the office. 25 minutes! This is by no means their fault. I should have called to let them know I was stuck just outside their office. Anyways, we got their and the lady in the office said that I was past their 10 minute policy and will need to reschedule. I explained to her the traffic situation outside their office and she just said it’s their policy. I get it, but it was just how she spoke to me that broke me into tears after already being frustrated from sitting in traffic for 25 minutes. Needless to say, I’m not rescheduling. We will just see our regular dental office for a follow up and continuing to drive to Augusta Pediatric Dentistry for his dental needs. Be kind and understanding and I probably would have just rescheduled as I wasn’t late on purpose. Kindness matters!read more

Everyone was amazing ! My son cried and stated “I don’t want to go to the dentist” over and over prior to arriving in... the parking lot. When we left , he said “Mom, I want to go back to the dentist!” An amazing experience for both my son and I 🙂 thanks again, keep up the fantastic work!read more

Never in a million years would I have thought I’d be saying the following words BUT what a magical experience Charlie... had at the dentist today! Dr. To’olo and his staff were amazing! They made Charlie feel comfortable enough to have him experience a dentist visit without constant panic crying and screaming. Like I said it was a magical visit! I was soooo disappointed when I called today and was told they have a new policy where they will only schedule 2... children from a family at a time. Having three children and having to take two days off to bring my children to the dentist just doesn't work for me. I wish they would rethink thier policy because I really liked the people working there and they do a wonderful job making the children comfortable.read more

Dr. Toolo and all of his staff are phenomenal! Both of my daughters age 6 and 9 actually get excited for their visit to... the dentist, and to see Dr. Toolo. Going to the dentist is not usually something kids nor adults look forward to, but he certainly puts the kids at ease!
The hygienist Kendra that usually works on my daughters is always so friendly and sweet. Gray at reception is super pleasant and helpful.

I cannot recommend KPD enough. My daughter was born with a cleft palate and Dr. Toolo has been amazing with her since... day 1.. I was nervous for her first dental exam and was worried she would hate it because of all the trauma she had surrounding her mouth! NOPE! She loved Dr. Toolo and didn’t want to leave! The rest of the staff is so kind and welcoming as well. My daughter just had a procedure done yesterday in the OR and the icing on the cake was KPD calling to check in on her at the end of their probably very long stressful day. Wow. They genuinely want the best for their patients and families. I don’t have words to describe how big of a relief it is to have a team of educated professionals backing you as your child grows up! Their staff is very unprofessional and rude. I have been 3 times and the facility keeps getting worse each time. the... toys in the waiting room are disgusting and the staff doesnt schedule appointments correctly. When you do finally see the dentist the visit lasts a few minutes and nothing is done. my daughters cleaning was barely 5 minutes and a complete waste of time and money. Do not reccomend at all.read more

This is by far the best dental clinic for kids. Gaston is amazing, my daughter loved it. He works so well with kids,... makes them feel safe and happy. The assistant was great as well. I have brought my daughter to multiple dentists and the last one told me to “bring her back when she wasn’t so upset”.... Dr T is seriously the kid whisperer. My daughter was anxious and upset before we even got into the building. He was so patient and willing to take the time to make her comfortable that by the end of the appointment my daughter was lounging with her glasses on mouth open. My 19 month old daughter had her first visit today to meet Dr. To’olo and be introduced to the equipment. He was... amazing with her. He used many techniques allowing her to be comfortable with the different equipment and tools used at his practice including floss and gloves. She was very comfortable with him. Dr. To’olo is some kind of child whisperer! My 2.5 year old is really shy, so I could not believe Dr. To’olo was... actually in his mouth with dental tools and my son wasn’t losing his mind. My son got really upset when he had to sit in the chair without me, but Dr. To’olo made the best of it and thoroughly cleaned his teeth. He is so amazing and sweet with the kids! the staff is so sweet and helpful as well! So glad we found them!read more

Our daughter is 8 years old and we had attempted to take her to our family dentist several times and every time, we... barely got through the door without her having a complete tantrum. Today was her first appointment with Dr. To’olo and let me just say that he and his staff are top notch! Dr. T made my daughter feel relaxed and let her be in charge. She even told me this evening that she wishes she could go to the dentist again tomorrow because Dr. To’olo was so fun! That’s a win in our book. I'm so proud of this little guy for being such a good boy at the dentist! This morning when I told Blake he was going... he told me he was going to "bite the dentist fingers right off" Luckily for Dr. To'olo he got to keep all his fingers�

We had an issue in the beginning with me not being allowed to go in with him and it was resolved immediately and I was allowed to go with him now he is comfortable with out me . Never even made it to the appointment. When I made the appointments for my kids months ago I was told one thing, I... received a phone today saying it would be in my best interest to come in today instead of my original appointment to better fit my needs. Over and over the lady keeps saying "it would be in your best interest." "Do your kids really need to be seen the same day?" Yes! That is why I made the appointments the way they were, that is why I asked several questions when I called to make these appointments. So, because staff can't inform parent correctly we will be taking our children elsewhere!read more

So happy we've found this Dentist Office! Highly recommend. My son has a lot of sensitivity surrounding be touched or... cooperative in dentist/doctor office settings. Dr. T has been wonderfully amazing with him. Isaac looks forward to going! I've been in with every appointment with Isaac and have never been requested to leave the room. The office staff has been extremely kind and helpful, I'm hopeful to get my other son in this practice as well!read more

I recommend Dr. To'olo to everyone. He is by far the best pediatric dentist ever! Him and his staff are wonderful... with my children especially with my son who has Autism and is afraid of all doctors he actually loves going to the dentis.
